Ron and Adam Gregor put a lot of TLC into every board produced.
Designs were influenced by a professional chef - we have what is needed to be sure our boards are the best they can be in your kitchen.
Ron has been an avid woodworker for over 40 years and has made a lot of sawdust.
We get asked what the "GM" stands for - simply "Gregor Made"
About our Cheese Boards
Our cheese boards / Charcuteries range from small walnut cross sections up to huge 6 foot slabs large enough to handle a smoked hog.
The boards are carefully sealed and protected by a food safe finish.
About our Cutting Boards
The cutting boards are from reclaimed lumber.
Mostly walnut - from the Midwest.
Each board is brought back to useful life by carefully preparing the surfaces and if needed, filling any imperfections with epoxy and sometimes include special stones such as turquoise and opal.
We finish the boards with a deep conditioning of food safe mineral oil. These boards will last a lifetime and beyond as a family treasure.
